The online Master's Degree in Healthy Lifestyle is aimed at health and sports professionals who wish to train as consultants or advisors on a healthy lifestyle, and master techniques for adhering to healthy habits to recommend them in their daily work.

Its aim is to train specialists in advising, consulting, promoting and establishing healthy and sustainable lifestyles in the general population based on comprehensive programs based on the combination of physical activity, eating behaviour, sleep habits and emotional management.

With the help of specialized professionals, you will work on theoretical and practical contents in different modules - physical activity, diet, relaxation, sleep and emotional management - which you will then integrate according to a sustainable and ecological vision and apply it in the final master's thesis.

The master’s degree has more than 20 years of online teaching experience at the UAB Sports Psychology Laboratory, linked to the consolidated research group on Lifestyle, Sport and Health.

There are also two possibilities to be partially trained in the contents of the master's degree:

A) pursue the Graduate Diploma in Healthy Lifestyle, which offers a mastery of techniques for adherence to healthy habits;

B) study modules independently that correspond to each of the healthy habits, and, subsequently, validate the modules completed and complete the graduate diploma or master's degree by studying the remaining modules.
