Online specialisation course in welfare to train specialists in the practical application in the population of lifestyle improvement programmes related to health.
On this course will find out how to achieve an optimum state of activation and how to manage fears, anxiety and stress using techniques such as relaxation, physical exercise, mind control, yoga and meditation, biofeedback and autogenic training. You will put these into practice in a programme to combat stress and anxiety.
During this theoretical-practical course, you will receive the know-how of specialist lecturers in the Sports Psychology Laboratory, linked to the Lifestyle, Sport and Health consolidated research group at the Sports Research Institute UAB.
You can enrol at any time during the academic year. There is also the possibility of this course being recognised as a postgraduate module in the Healthy Lifestyle course of the same name and you can then go on to complete the other modules of the postgraduate course.
