This course is primarily aimed at individuals interested in learning about job opportunities within European Union institutions and international organizations, and in preparing for the selection processes that are regularly announced.
The course replicates the various tests candidates must pass, combining theoretical learning with the development and enhancement of organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Access to international public service positions is granted through selection processes consisting of a series of tests in which candidates must demonstrate mastery of a range of psychological, interpersonal, organizational, and communication competencies, all applied within the working environment of international institutions and agencies.
Therefore, candidates must not only prepare the theoretical content derived from multiple disciplinessuch as law, economics, political science, or European Union international relationsbut, more importantly, focus their preparation on fostering and integrating the psychological skills and competencies that will be assessed throughout the different phases of the selection process.
