This synchronous (live) online course proposes an introduction to the concept of authorship in documentary cinema. In it, we will analyze authors whose works and working methods have made significant contributions in the field of non-fiction, both in the formal and thematic aspects. Likewise, we will address the relationships of documentary cinema with the main cultural and political transformations that have occurred from the 50s-60s to the present.
