A course addressed to and designed by senior- and middle-ranking management professionals facing the challenge of heading and leading areas, projects and people.
The essence of the programme is a ground-breaking approach that blends the latest neuroscientific research findings on the human brain and the emotions with the application of emotional and social intelligence to the leadership role.
Starting out from our knowledge of the brain and human emotions, and from the practical application of this knowledge, we build a model of emotional intelligence and we identify and develop the key emotional competences for effectively leading a team of professionals.
One of the programme's added values is its clear, focused, direct applicability in the workplace, in the context of labour relations in companies and the public sector, and in social and institutional relations. This means that every participant can go on to generate a clear, direct ROI for the organisation: one that far exceeds the cost of enrolling on the course.
If course participants follow the guidelines laid down by the team of instructors, this will have a direct impact on their organisations' key performance indicators (KPI).
Keywords: public sector, company, directorship function, neuroscience, brain and emotions, emotional intelligence, emotional competences, directorship and leadership, ROI (return on investment), impact on results.
