¿Visionaris¿ returns: an introduction to entrepreneurship course with 3 ECTS credits

Visionaris2025

The UAB launches the third edition of "Visionaris," a free training course in entrepreneurship aimed mainly at UAB students and open to the entire university community. The training will take place from October 1 to November 27, 2025, every Monday and Wednesday from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., at the Emprèn UAB space (Plaça Cívica).

Under the motto “Start today for the world of tomorrow”, “Visionaris” combines the learning of key skills —such as creativity, leadership, teamwork, and risk management— with the practical application of innovation methodologies such as design thinking and lean startup.
The course is structured in three modules: introduction to entrepreneurship and tools (10 hours), work on the participants’ own project (8 hours), and basics of business creation (8 hours).

A practical pathway to validate projects and acquire transversal skills

Through the validation of their own project, participants who complete the training will receive mentorship from market experts in their sector, and the three top-rated projects will gain access to additional support to develop their first prototype.

Undergraduate students who successfully complete the course and present a project may apply for recognition of 3 ECTS credits, provided they demonstrate at least 80% attendance of the 26 teaching hours and submit their entrepreneurial project proposal.

Enrollment is free and carried out via the NEXUS application. Those who do not yet have a profile can register through a “Partial registration” using their UAB NIU and password.

The Espai Emprèn UAB, where the course will take place, is located at Plaça Cívica, on the first floor of the RR building, with access through the study room above the bar.

“Visionaris” is an initiative of Emprèn UAB, promoted by the UAB Employability Service and the UAB Research Park.
