Requirements and necessary documentation
The admission process serves to verify that all students meet all the entry requirements to ensure an optimal working environment. You can apply for admission online (follow the enrollment manual).
Once you have received the admission communication, in order to guarantee your place you must pay the pre-enrollment payment.
The general requirement for access to a continuing education master's degree or a specialization diploma is to have a university degree or equivalent (minimum 180 ECTS credits or 3 academic years), according to Real Decreto 822/2021, de 28 de septiembre: Chapter VIII Art. 37.
Until the 22/23 academic year, some postgraduate degree programs could, exceptionally, admit students without undergraduate studies, who are issued a certificate instead of a diploma. From the 23/24 academic year, with the application of Royal Decree 822/2021, of September 28, which establishes the organization of university education and the procedure for quality assurance, it will no longer be possible in any case.
Exceptionally, the coordinator may authorize access to persons without a degree with the accreditation of sufficient professional experience that guarantees the attainment of a level of competence equivalent to a bachelor's degree. You can find the access requirements on the web page of the program in which the procedure of recognition by professional experience has been authorized.
If you do not have a university degree but expect to obtain it before the start of the course, you can enroll and apply for Conditional Admission by attaching the following completed document. If you have not obtained your degree or equivalent by the start of classes, you will not be able to enroll.
Required documents:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent or higher. If you do not yet have the degree, you can prove it by presenting the substitute certificate or the receipt of the application for the degree and the payment of the fees.
