International Congress on Autonomous Driving and Legal Security of Transport
Autonomous driving and the legal security of transport, debated in Prevention and Integral Safety at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. On June 6 and 7, 2024, EPSI UAB will hold the International Congress on Autonomous Driving and Legal Security of Transport on the Campus of the Autonomous University of Barcelona (Bellaterra), within the framework of the homonymous project funded by the Ministry of Science and Innovation.

Autonomous driving is on the rise, it is a reality in various scenarios and technologies that operate in the world of mobility, as well as public and private safety. These advances in driving automation pose a series of challenges for both companies and for lawyers and authorities at global, European, national and local levels.
National and international specialized speakers, such as jurists of recognized prestige, engineers, experts and public security professionals, as well as experts from the academic field will offer presentations during the two days of the congress, which is structured around thematic panels.
The inauguration will be in charge of the director of Prevention and Integral Safety-FUAB Training School, Montserrat Iglesias-Lucía, while Eliseo Sierra Noguero, principal investigator of the project Autonomous Driving and Legal Security of Transport (ADLAW), will be responsible for the closure of the event.
