ECIU Agora

The first session, which will begin on 26 May at 2 p.m., will focus on real challenges that can be solved by the ECIU University. It will include the participation of students who will share their first-hand experiences on finding real solutions to real problems. Following that, attendants will also be alos to ask questions about the learning methodology used.

At 2 p.m. on 27 May, the Student Agora Session will be the focus of the event. During this session, students will be able to share their views on the ECIU University, as well as discuss the 2030 strategy and how students can be co-creators of the university, at both local and European level.

The ECIU University, founded in 2019 after being selected by the European Commission, offers a unique experience to work with interational teams and solve real-life problems found in our cities, regions and companies.

Since the month of March, UAB Vice Rector for International Relations Màrius Martínez has taken on the task of directing the ECIU's (European Consortium of Innovative Universities) Board and Network, as well as leading the ECIU with its ambitious proposal for an ECIU University and take it to the next level of development, advancing beyond its initiall phase as an Erasmus+ funded project.
