Intellectual Property in the Development of the Thesis
The course Intellectual Property in the Development of the Thesis, organized by the Library Service of the UAB within the Program of Training of Doctors, is intended for those PhD candidates who are at the beginning of his research and who have doubts about intellectual property.

This course aims to offer, on the one hand, a view of all the aspects that must be taken into account in order not to violate the rights of third parties when writing the thesis and, on the other hand, to explain the functioning of the publication of the thesis in an institutional repository, as established in article 14, Evaluation and defense of the PhD thesis, of RD 99/2011, of January 28, which regulates official PhD studies.
