Until the end of November, the General Room of the Science and Technology Library welcomes 21 women of science based on the works presented by the students of the Faculty of Psychology
19/10/2022
Very few women have been awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine and Physiology throughout history. Three neuroscientists stand out among them: Rita Levi-Montalcini (1986), Linda B. Buck (2004) and May-Britt Moser (2014).
The works presented in this exhibition were carried out by the students of group 3 of 'Physiological Psychology' of the Faculty of Psychology of the UAB in 2019. Its objective was to make known among the university community the most relevant contributions of various Little-known researchers in the field of Neuroscience and Psychobiology.
This project was financed through the 2019 call for grants for innovation and improvement of teaching quality projects.
We would like to thank Professor Margarita Martí Nicolovius from the Department of Psychobiology and Methodology of Health Sciences at the UAB for providing the posters for the assembly of this exhibition.
We encourage you to visit it, you have until November 30!
