The call for the UAB Gender Perspective Bachelor’s Thesis Awards 2024-2025 closes on September 26. These awards recognize the best undergraduate theses with a feminist and cross-cutting approach across all faculties.

The call for the UAB Gender Perspective Bachelor’s Thesis Awards 2024-2025, organized by the UAB Equality and Diversity Office, is about to close.

These awards, initially promoted through an agreement between the Faculty of Law and the Catalan Institute for Women (ICD) in the 2014-2015 academic year, annually recognize the best undergraduate theses with a gender perspective across all UAB faculties.

Who can participate?

  • Undergraduate students from any UAB faculty (academic year 2024-2025).
  • Theses with a minimum grade of 8.5.
  • Research projects that apply a gender perspective.

Prize:

  • Diploma for each author of the winning thesis in each degree.
  • A gift funded by a €1,000 subsidy from the ICD.
  • Publication of the awarded works on the Office’s website.

Deadline: from June 16 to September 26, 2025.

The aim is to raise awareness of gender equality and non-discrimination, and to foster interest in university research with this cross-cutting approach.
