OFFICE HOURS

Our office hours are from 8:00 to 21:00, from Monday to Friday except for the months of July and August:
July: from 8:00 to 20:00, from Monday to Friday
August: from 1st to 2nd and from 26th to 30th in the mornings

 

WHAT CAN WE DO FOR YOU

You can contact the Logistic support and information desk (SLiPI) for the following issues:

  • Act in case of emergency, according to the centre’s self-protection plan.
  • Information about lecture rooms location and timetables as well as other dependencies in the centre
  • Guarantee the opening and closing of the building, according to the established calendar and timetables
  • Information about the activities in the other UAB centres
  • Manage, process and monitor building maintenance, damaged or broken property or furniture
  • Submission of enrolment documentation
  • Timely support for enrolment and academic procedures
  • Teaching staff absences communication
  • Reserve and manage space reservations as well as facilitate access to spaces to spaces and properly functioning of their equipment
  • Receipt of student internships (previously requested by lecturers)
  • Issue of student cards and processing of incidents (only cards not linked financially to the Caixa de Catalunya)
  • Issue and collection of keys to authorised users
  • Mail, packages and messenger services
  • Administration of notice boards and posters (with previous authorisation)
  • Control of lockers for occasional use to put personal effects (cloakroom)
  • Control and manage the note collection
  • Attend to and prioritise the cleaning need of the building with the assigned resources
  • Provide logistical support for events held in our building.
  • Collaborate in the selective collection of the centre’s waste
  • First Aid Box
  • Lost property
